Session 15 - Temple trouble 2

2 monks burst through the door, defending Misha. One monk went down and the other surrendered after Navarron withered and burned him. Yak got sandwiched between Misha and the goblin boss, taking a grievous injury. Gavin stuck an arrow in the racing wolf and it turned tail and fled.

Up on the roof Dusty kept seeing mouths appear on the tiles, but they disappeared when he tried to interact with them. Dusty doubted if he’d even seen the mouths.

Yak took the potion and it healed only for the goblin boss to hit again. Navarron turned the corner but Misha cast hold person on him, freezing him in place. Lance tried talking to Misha but she just looked stunned and confused. 

Yak retreated and asked the statue of Valar for support. Luckily she was listening and healing was granted. Steve D failed to batter down a locked door. Thorto found a room with a lot of good wine in it. 

The goblins persuaded Misha to re-enter the fight only for Christoph to knock her unconscious. But the goblin boss launched a brutal attack that forced Christoph to retreat. The fight in the corridor was a brutal stabby affair with the goblins afraid of something coming up behind them. Argathrax fell down a hole into a rough basement. Something came flying through the air and the front of the battle fell unnaturally silent.

Most of the party retreated to lay an ambush at the door to the room of statues. Christoph healed at the statue of Valar. After unlocking the door that Steve D had failed to batter down, Dusty found 7 healing potions in a chest. He drank one. Thorto killed the goblin boss with a lucky arrow shot.
