Session 136 - Finding the angry light

Dan and Amersh got busy slaughtering the gnolls. Alice unleashed a magic missile. Most of the gnolls ran for it. A dryad who had miscast fell badly in love and chased after the gnolls. The ones in the other room kept fighting till Amersh and Maggot forced the door shut.

Van Petrol found a destroyed temple with a patterned area with baskets of marbles by it. Amersh policed the bodies and Helmund found a strange box. 

Amersh and Helmund opened the box. Strange lights arose from underneath a tarpaulin. One of them bit Amersh and he killed it. The dryads screamed in protest at the killing of the light. The remaining lights swarmed Amersh and Helmund. Amersh’s magic runes saved him but Helmund was severely wounded. 

One of the dryads fell in love with a light and the light did not attack her. Dan tried being kind to a light and the light seemed to calm down. Maggot and Dan persuaded the lights back into the box.
