Session 122 - Treasure map

Maevis and the remaining gargoyle jumped into the well. The gargoyles dug through the bat guano and found a ring. Alice identified it as a ring of jumping. Amersh announced a jumping contest which Maggot won with a supremely elegant jump. 

Dan followed the lizardmen down further into the Ruins of Kupchak. They passed through a large rocky cavern and then into some sort of guard post with a lot of dead gnolls. The lead lizardman motioned to one of the gnolls with his stone axe. Dan tried picking up the corpse but was repelled by its putrescence. The lizardmen moved back into their main encampment. Dan recognised G’ruk the Fish Finder and Torath Manover, the captive high priest of Valar. Torath begged again to be released. Dan remembered that Gastric Hammerclay lead them on a very careful path through the cavern to the south to avoid living stalactites on the ceiling. He also remembered crossing a bridge at the eastern end of that cavern and that lead to the upper level of the ruins.
