You decided to not follow Caliadne into the woods. You headed back to Silax’s mansion and found Donna the cook trussed up by a spider. Once freed she threatened Maggot with a rolling pin for trying to steal her pans. You filled your boots with supplies from the kitchen. Van Petrol persuaded Maggot to carry the chest with the gold from the shrine. Alice convinced Donna that she should go and cook for Silenus now.

Callum and Tutgrim armed themselves with spears and shields and Tutgrim converted to Valar. Callum noticed paintings of Silax’s ancestors all looking remarkably similar. Heading upstairs Maggot opened a chest in Silax’s bedroom to find a small fortune in Aquilonian platinum pieces and the deeds to the mansion. Maevis impressed on Donna the importance of faith and Donna said she would pray to Maevis.
