Session 62 - Is this another dagger I see before me?

Rose Orm accused Gina of killing her husband and her son in an outpouring of grief. She then launched a dagger at Gina which Gina grabbed and stabbed Rose in the heart. As Gina was leaving the room she heard a sound behind her. The dagger was rising again and so had Rose.

Once again Gina controlled the dagger only for Rose to stick her icy fingers through her body. Mina arrived and presented her holy symbol of Ishtar and forced Rose to retreat. Joe and Chad attacked Rose. Hogwash and Mina tried setting her body alight. Sam assisted with opening windows while Gina sat on the dagger. Rose’s ghost retreated through the wall of the room. Chad, in a mighty show of strength, bashed through the wall of the room. Joe, brandishing King Yalaring’s sword for the first time, flew into a battle rage and cut Rose’s ghost down.

The party then searched Rose’s house. They discovered a treasure map to Barrowmaze, a reward notice for Stan, Dan, Maevis and Van Petrol, and notes on Sam Orm’s business interests. 

In amongst the notes, there were scribbled writings that Rose had employed the crocodile sorcerer Ka-Na-Ra to resurrect Sam but something had gone wrong. Sam came back as a scaley creature, some would say blessed by the crocodiles, and killed 2 of his men. Rose asked Ka-Na-Ra for her money back and only narrowly escaped with her life. Sam left her and was last seen at the Orm’s store house near the eastern beach. Rose had observed Sam getting into the water at night on the eastern beach. He noticed her and nearly killed her.
