Session 79 - Caught in a trap

While Van Petrol and Dan searched north, Moe headed for the southern door. He vanished, replaced in his gear by a wight. Maevis engaged the wight in combat. Moe found himself in a coffin in the wight’s armour.

Maevis fought hard against the wight till Barrett steamed in and finished the creature off. In the north Moe tried to push his way out of the coffin and was greeted by a pair of wights and many skeletons. Dan and Van Petrol located the crypt and nearly came a cropper pulling the door off. They stepped into a maelstrom of undead with Van Petrol running when he got surrounded. He retreated to Barrett and Alice and defeated the pursuing skeletons. The final one going down in a flurry of incredibly quick attacks.

Dan smashed skeletons but found the wights harder going. Moe struggled to get purchase with his unfamiliar weapon and resorted to using his fists to free himself. Shields flared but one of the wights tried to bring Moe down and force his way through. Moe and Dan retreated under the chilling attacks.
