Session 58 - not the door

 In the circular chamber where you were attacked by undead you went up and examined the door. You turned round and did not go through.

Travelling back up the cave complex you made your way out and found the armoury.  It was but a shattered ruin, picked clean of all but a copper chamber pot. You found a tunnel leading down to a huge cavern. Again you turned round.

Traversing your way out of the city a band of unblinking lizard men requested that you accompany them to an audience with Aisoth the dragon. You decided against this and a brutal fight broke out. The wizards spells failed them. Cyril’s arms became covered in feathers. Alice has a magic missile waiting for her next mistake. The rest of the party stepped forward and finished the job. Trying to hide the bodies you discovered a swarm of giant flies feasting on a dead bear. Hazel threw in the body of the lizardman she was carrying which luckily distracted them.

You made your way through the giant keep to the west of the city.  Again you found a staircase downwards which you did not take. You made it back to the Fishers Road and headed south. At dusk you came across a well maintained road leading west. You camped safely for the night.
