Session 105 - Crystal Graben

The party ventured down the stairs into an unbearably hot cavern containing lava pools. Malice cast a read runes spell on the central pillar in the room. It detailed the horrible rituals of the Snow Bat and also indicated treasure contained. 

The party moved on into a large cavern containing a black granite pyramid. As Graben stepped on the lowest step, ghoulish Hivernian guards came out of the side passages. Joe and Mina got into a brutal fight with Joe getting cursed. Sam, Mivian and Thruz supported with missile fire. To the south a larger group approached until Graben turned unholy and Malice finished off with a magic missile. The party emerged victorious.

Joe and Mina exited the City of Bats to remove Joe’s curse. Sam scouted the room and Malice searched the bodies. While Graben was examining the top of the pyramid Mivian miscast a spell, turning him into a crystal elemental.
